The Easter season is upon us and as we get ready to serve the hundreds that will be with us for The Easter Celebration at the Mission one thing comes to mind. We are celebrating the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Some of us are a living resurrection story. We have been raised from a life of death to a New Life purchased for us by Jesus. So many that will be with us on Easter Saturday have not experienced a resurrection story in their life. The whole purpose of what we do at Mission is to share this good news. With every morsel of food, each garment of clothing , each can of formula, every pair of glasses and the smile, handshake or hug is the message of Jesus. May this continue to be our prayer and our ministry at the Eastside Mission.

Thank you for your support and love for the Mission and a Happy Easter to each of you.

Because of Him,

Barb and Pastor Bill Burdine
