Join Us for Story Hour for Kids Five and Under
Unfortunately, "story hour" is off to a bit of a slow start. Keep this ministry in your prayers! The first few weeks have had anywhere from 0-3 kids show up. Interest is building though, so we'll keep trying!
"Sunday Driver" Needed
New Life Church of the Nazarene (the church ministry of the Eastside Mission) is in need of a driver for their passenger van to assist with picking up area people who need transportation to church service at 2pm on Sundays. The van will be provided but the need has arisen because  there are a number of people who do not have reliable transportation to and from church. Pastor Bob has been doing the driving but needs to be at the Mission during this time. If you can help, please contact Pastor Bob Cattane at the Mission.
Desperately Seeking Diapers!
 Please keep in mind that we ALWAYS need diapers. In 2007, we handed out over 800 packages of diapers and actually ran out many times. We can always use them, with sizes 3-5 being the most commonly requested. We also are in need of formula and gloves/mittens for older kids. If you are able to help with this need, please let us know!
